                            UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                               O R D E R

Mr. R. Venkataramani, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant, submits that the High Level Committee appointed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Central Public Works Department, Government of India, submitted its Report on 28.06.2018.

Paragraph 7.4 of the Report deals with Junior Reason: Engineers and Assistant Engineers of CPWD and their 1 Civil Appeal Nos. 1068-1069/2017 entitlement for higher pay scale with their counter parts of the other Central Government Organisations/ analogous posts in other Central Government Organisations and at least at par with the State Government Departments.

List this matter after eight weeks.

In the meanwhile, the respondent shall consider the Report dated 28.06.2018 referred to above and pass suitable orders.
