Section 10(2) in The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Disposal of Land) Rules, 1981
(2)The Authority may permit the erection of poles, towers, stayrods or stay-rails for overhead cables on its lands on payment of annual rent at the rate of twenty-five paise per pole and fifty paise per tower, stayrod or stay-rail.
