Section 13(2) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1954
(2)Subject to the provisions this section, the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 1940 [(Central Act X of 1940)] [This Act has been repealed and re-enacted as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.], shall apply to all arbitrations under this Act.
