Section 8(7) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984
(7)The funds available with the Social Welfare Department and the Social Welfare Board for the benefit of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes under component scheme or the legal aid scheme shall be made available to the committees functioning in the Tribal areas or pockets for being utilised in legal aid schemes.
