18. The Librarian.
(1)The Librarian shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor and shall be in charge of the Library. He shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning the Library.(2)The salary and allowances payable to, and other conditions of service of, the Librarian shall be such as may be prescribed.
