Section 93C(18) in Rules Framed by Board of Revenue under section 90
(18)The licensee shall not employ or permit to be employed in any part of ganja field or Khalihan either with or without remuneration, any person under the age of eighteen years. No person below the age of eighteen years shall be permitted to enter the ganja fields or Khalihan on any account.
