137. Expenditure.
- No expenditure shall be incurred unless the budget is approved [under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 136.] [Words 'the Zilla Parishad or the Mahakuma Parishad or the Council' first substituted for the words 'the Zilla Parishad' by W.
