Section 13(1) in The Orissa Bhoodan and Gramdan Act, 1970
(1)Every declaration filed under Sub-section (2) of Section 12 shall, as soon as possible, be published in such manner as may be prescribed, together with a notice requiring all persons interested to submit their objections, if any, in writing to the Tahsildar within two months from the date of such publication.
