Section 181 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
181. Quorum.
- A meeting may not act for any purpose except for adjournment thereof unless there are present or represented thereat in the case of a creditors' meeting at least two creditors entitled to vote if there are more than 2 or in the case of a meeting of partners at least two partners.
