These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of
the Constitution of India, praying to direct R2 and R3 to consider
the representation of the petitioners, etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Further Orders this day,
the Court passed the following:
ORDER
Learned Counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to approach the competent Court for appropriate reliefs.
2. The memo is placed on record. Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above. All contentions on merit are kept open.

3. In view of the dismissal of the writ petitions as above, I.A.Nos.1/2014, 2/2014 and 3/2014 do not survive for consideration. They are accordingly dismissed. No costs.
