                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

We see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court. However, it is observed that in case separate applications are filed under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the same be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits and if it is permissible under the law.

With the aforesaid observation, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed.
