1. This hearing has been done through video conferencing.
2. Vide judgement pronounced today, the writ petition is disposed off with detailed directions.
3. The bank account statements and other financial documents which were filed in sealed cover before this Court which were also sent to the Interim Guardian shall be scanned and retained in a secure folder with a password or with a #hash value so that the same are not available to the public. However, the said record shall be accessible to the Guardianship Committee as well as the Supervising Guardian appointed in the present petition.
3. The sealed cover is returned to the Registry.
