(1)There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following Members, namely:-

(a) Minister - incharge of Planning	Chairman
(b) Managing Director of the Corporation	Vice-Chairman
(c) Principal Secretary to Government, MA & UDDepartment	Ex-Officio Member
(d) Secretary to Government (RD), PR&RDDepartment	Ex-OfficioMember
(e) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of theCorporation	Ex-OfficioMember
(f) One Representative of any Department of theGovernment as may be nominated by the Government.

(2)The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
