Section 29(6) in Karnataka Electricity Reform Act, 1999
(6)An interim order,-(a)shall require the licensee to whom it relates (according to the circumstances of the case) to do, or not to do, such things as are specified in the order or are of a description so specified;(b)shall take effect from such time, being the earliest practicable time, as is determined by the order; and(c)may be revoked, modified or rescinded at any time by the Commission, but in any event shall cease to have effect at the end of such period as is stated in the order unless the Commission is at that time following the procedure set out in Section 30 to declare the interim order to be a final order.
