(a)Electoral Roll (Voters List): - There shall be a voter's list for each village specified under [section-2(ii)] [Substituted 'section-3' by Jharkhand Act No. 12 of 2003 dated 6.12.2003.], which shall be prepared according to the provisions of this Act and Rules made thereunder.
