Section 33(6) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(6)In case of plots for assembly occupancy other than cinema (in existing built up areas) the minimum size of the area shall be not less than 500 square metres and the minimum width of the plot shall be 16 metres and it shall front on a street having width of not less than 12 metres.
