Section 31(3) in THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR HOMOEOPATHY ACT, 2020
(3)Apractitioner of Homoeopathy who is aggrieved by the order passed or the action taken by––(a)the State Medical Council under sub-section (2) may prefer an appeal to the Board of Ethics and Registration for Homoeopathy and the decision, if any, of the Board of Ethics and Registration for Homoeopathy thereupon shall be binding on such State Medical Council, unless a second appeal is preferred under sub-section (4);(b)the Board of Ethics and Registration for Homoeopathy under the first proviso to sub-section (2) may prefer an appeal to the Commission.
