(iii)Verification of the applications-OAP-I Register for receipt of applications - In the rural area, on receipt of an application, the Block Development Officer shall acknowledge the same and have it entered in the Register in Form OAP-I through the Social Education Organiser. He shall then cause it to be enquired through the concerned Extension Officer of the Block who has been assigned the concerned Grama Panchayat for supervision.
