Section 31 in The U.P. Water Management And Regulatory Commission Act, 2008
31. Bar of Jurisdiction. -
No order or proceeding made under this Act shall be appealable except as provided in this Act and no Civil Court shall have jurisdiction in respect of any matter which the Commission or any other authority is empowered by or under this Act to decide.
