Section 6(2) in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
(2)The Council shall, subject to the provision of this Act and the rules made thereunder, have all such powers as may be necessary for the discharge of its functions and the performance of its duties under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
