Section 171(5) in Selected Statutes (Statutes framed under the Bombay University Act, 1914)
(5)The name of the University Representative duly elected shall be communicated by the Principal/Head of the Institution to the Director of Students' Welfare immediately after the election so as to reach the office of the Director of Students' Welfare not later than 10 days from the date of election.
