- Subject to the provisions of this Section, every Panchayat shall, after an appropriation made by law in this behalf, be entitled to receive grants in aid from the Consolidated Fund of the State as recommended by the State Finance Commission, constituted under the provisions of this Act, and as approved and notified by the State Government.
