Section 2 in Apprentices (Maharashtra Amendment) Act, 2017
2. Amendment of Section 6 of 52 of 1961.
- In section 6 of the Apprentices Act, 1961, (52 of 1961), in its application to the State of Maharashtra (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), for the existing clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-(b)in the case of other apprentices, the period of apprenticeship training shall be such as may be specified by the State Apprenticeship Council;
