Section 21 in The Jammu and Kashmir Private Colleges (Regulation and Control) Act, 2002
21. Delegation of powers.
- The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified, authorise any officer or authority subordinate to it to exercise any or all of the powers except the power to make rules, exercisable by it under this Act.
