(1)The Chairman-in¬Council shall maintain an inventory of the movable and immovable properties of the Municipality' in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Chairman-in-Council shall, in the case of the inventory of an immovable property, prepare an annual statement along with references therein and place the same before the Board of Councilors.(3)Such statement shall be included as an appendix to the annual administration report of the Municipality.
