Section 14F(2) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation Employees Provident Fund Regulations, 1958
(2)No advance under this Rules shall be sanctioned to a member unless:(a)He has completed five year's membership of the fund including membership of CPF Scheme, and(b)The amount of his total Subscription including interest thereon standing to his credit in the fund is rupees one thousand or more.
