Section 25(1) in Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
(1)As soon as may be, after the detailed development plan has been submitted tot he Director but not later than such time as may be prescribed, the Director but not later than such time as may be prescribed, the Director may direct the local planning authority to make such modifications in the detailed development plan as he thinks fit in the public interest and thereupon the local planning authority shall make such modifications and resubmit it to him,
