Section 8(3)(a) in Haryana Electricity Reform (Transfer of Distribution Undertakings from Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. to Distribution Companies) Rules, 1999

(a)On the Effective Date, the Deputees shall be deemed to be a constituent of the HVPN undertaking and shall accordingly, be employees of HVPN.
