Section 15(1) in THE RASHTRIYA RAKSHA UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Governing Body of the University shall be responsible for the general policy making, superintendence, direction and control of the affairs of the University and shall exercise all the powers of the University not otherwise provided for by this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances, and shall have the power to review the acts of the Academic Council.
