Section 28(1) in Andhra Pradesh Government Medical and Dental Institutions (Conversion into Semi-Autonomous Institutions) Act, 2007
(1)The Institute shall prepare an annual financial statement on or before such date as may be prescribed by the regulations of the estimated capital and revenue receipts and expenditure for the ensuing year and submit the same to the Government.
