Section 22(1) in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Corridor Development Act, 2017
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion requires, but not later than two years from the date of commencement of this Act, by order published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, make such provisions consistent with the objects and purposes of this Act, as appear to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
