Section 84(1) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1971
(1)Audit fee in respect of audit of accounts shall be paid by all, or any types of societies at such rates as may be fixed by the Registrar, from time to time.Provided that the Government may in special circumstances in its discretion exempt any society, or class of societies from the payment of audit fee assessed, in whole or in part, for such period as it may specify.
