2. Against the impugned decision D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.614/2018 was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 20.03.2018.
3. In that view of the matter the above captioned appeals are also dismissed following the precedent view of the Division Bench dated 20.03.2018.
