1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners herein are working as Class IV employees under the Respondent and discharging their duties as labour/peon/waterman/watchman/cook at different schools, hostels and Ashrams run by the State Government. The Petitioners are claiming for grant of pay scale as per the State Government's circular dated 04.11.2016.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the similar Writ Petition has been disposed off by this Court on 02.12.2016 in Writ Petition (S) No. 6581 of 2016 and prays that the present Writ Petition may also be disposed off in similar terms.

3. Learned State Counsel does not oppose the same and fairly accepts that the position of the present Petitioners are similar in nature.

4. Accordingly, the present Petition also stands disposed off in similar terms directing the Petitioners to prefer a representation / additional representation to Respondent No. 4, the Collector, Janjgir-Champa. 3

On the representation being received the Respondent No.4 in turn shall dispose off the same in view of the circular dated 04.11.2016 issued by the State Government in this regard.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the Petitioners are concerned.

6. With the aforesaid observations the present Writ Petition stands finally disposed off.
