Section 62(1) in Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya Act, 2017
(1)If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any Authority of the University after the commencement of this Act or otherwise in first giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, remove the difficulties as it deems necessary for the purpose.
