Section 16(1) in The Shipping Development Fund Committee (Abolition) Act, 1986
(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, and subject to such conditions, restrictions and limitations as may be specified therein or otherwise, delegate all or any of its powers and functions under [this Act] [Substituted by Act 41 of 1987, Section 2. ] to a designated person.
