643. Payment of a call.
- When any order authorising a call has been made, a copy thereof shall forthwith be served by registered post, or as the Judge may direct, upon each of the contributories liable to pay such call, together with a notice by an Official Liquidator specifying the amount due from such contributory in respect of such call. Such order and notice shall be in the prescribed forms. At the time of making an order authorising the call, the Judge shall give directions as to the time within which such calls shall be paid and shall indicate whether he payment shall be made to the Official Liquidator or to the Bank where the Liquidator has his account.
