Section 35(iv) in Rajasthan Sanskrit Education State and Subordinate Service (School Branch) Rules, 2015
(iv)if two or more categories of staff are eligible for promotion, the seniority list of eligible candidates shall be prepared on the basis of date of regular appointment on the posts from which promotion is to be made.
