(2)The Director shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the contract of service entered into between the [Chairperson of the Executive Council] [Substituted 'Institute' by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).] and the Director, as specified in Schedule-I.
