Section 28(1) in The Rajasthan Warehouses Rules, 1960
(1)For the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Act.-(i)Loss of weight or bulk by dryage or shrinkage within the limits specified in Appendix I, and(ii)Gain in weight or bulk or absorption of moisture within the limits specified in Appendix II shall not be deemed to amount to deterioration.
