Section 21(1) in Tamil Nadu Lease-holds (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Rules, 1965
(1)Every appeal or revision petition under the Act or these rules shall be accompanied by a duly authenticated copy of the order appealed against or sought to be revised.
