Ordinarily no work shall be carried on any holiday. If however the licensee desires to carry on work on any holiday, he shall do so subject to the payment of 5 into the Government Treasury per day or a part of a day, which is a holiday and on which the warehouse is kept open for work. An account of the overtime fee, thus charged, shall be maintained by the officer-in-charge in Form D. 23.Explanation - 'Work' shall mean any normal operation connected with reduction and botting of liquor.
