Section 2(b) in The Rajasthan Municipal Service (Revised Pay Scales) Rules, 1970
(b)in respect of persons holding temporary appointment or on deputation on a post encadred in the service, the scale of pay in which he was initially appointed under competent sanction before 1-4-60.
