Section 32(3) in Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947
(3)The [State] [Substituted for 'Province' by the Adaptation Order of 1950] Government may, by general or special order, exempt an employer from the operation of this section in respect of the wages of any person employed or class of persons employed, to such extent and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order.
