Section 13(1) in Telangana Municipal Corporations Act, 1994
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3), the [Telangana] [Adapted in G.O.Ms.No.142, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (A2) Department, dated 29.10.2015.] Municipalities Act, 1965, shall, with effect on and from the specification of a local area or a smaller urban area for which a Municipality is constituted as a larger urban area, cease to apply to such larger urban area for which a Municipal Corporation is constituted.
