93. Certain persons exempt from arrest by Court. - The [President] [* * *] the Governors of [Madras], [Bombay and West Bengal], [* * * *] and the Chief Justices and Judges of the High Courts [* * * *], shall not be liable to arrest by order of the Small Cause Court.
