In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires-(a)"Act" means the Orissa Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1960 (Orissa Act 5 of 1961);(b)"Form" means a Form appended to these rules;(c)"section" means a section of the Act;(d)words and expressions used but not defined herein shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act.
