1. Shri K.A.Siddique, representative for the Steel Authority of India, a public sector undertaking, produces a copy of the communication dated 16.4.2001 according to which the High Powered Committee had not permitted the appellants to pursue their appeal with the Tribunal. He prays for withdrawal of the appeal.The Departmental Representative has no objection. The appeal as well as the stay Petition are dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
