11. Meetings.
- The Chairman may, subject to the provisions of Rule 12, call a meeting the Committee or the Board, as the case may be, at any time as he thinks fit :Provided that on a requisition in writing from not less than one-half of the members, the Chairman shall call a meeting within fifteen days from the date of the receipt of such requisition.
