Subject to the control of the Conservator of Forests incharge of Circle, the Divisional Forest Officer may grant to any person or party -(a)a general permit in form A to hunt, shoot and fish;(b)a special permit in form B allowing the holder either; (a) to fish or (b) to shoot ground and winged game or (c) to shoot carnivora and bear only.
